Logging into HEAT Self Service:
To log into HEAT Self Service, please enter your employee number and click 'Login'.
Once logged in, you can:
- Submit a new incident for ITS.
- Check on the status on your existing ITS incidents and add notes if necessary
ITS HEAT Self Service is the most efficient way to submit incidents to ITS, you will instantly get an incident number for your reference and your request will be routed to the proper resource, based on your location.
